1. Overview
CashFlowy offers a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. As such, physical returns are not applicable. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscription cancellations and service-related issues.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. We encourage you to evaluate our software during the trial period to ensure it meets your needs.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your account until the end of the billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- First-time subscribers: Within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the service.
- Service outage: If we experience an extended service outage (more than 24 hours) within a billing month, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Billing errors: If you were charged in error or were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund all duplicate charges.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window
- Subscription upgrades or downgrades (prorated credits are applied)
- Custom development or implementation services
- Third-party integrations or add-ons
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at refunds@cashflowy.com
- Include your account email address and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
7. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits can be applied toward future subscription payments and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
8. Data on Cancellation
Upon subscription cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to export any necessary information. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
