By accessing and using CashFlowy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CashFlowy provides a cloud-based billing and point-of-sale management solution for small businesses. Features include UPI QR billing, inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting tools.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify CashFlowy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as per the selected plan
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Transmit viruses or other malicious code
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Data and Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

CashFlowy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
